I don't know if I would actually drink it, but I have to say that it sounds like a wonderful experiment. Maybe a turkey flavoured one for Thanksgiving.

sometimes being one-quarter jewish can be a handy thing. if i am ever presented with a pork martini, i'd be compelled to invoke this heritage and exclaim, "for moisha's sake, get that thing away from me!" it just ain't kosher, is all.
