I bought my Thanksgiving cheeses yesterday...crumbly goat for the salad, medium cheddar for the gratin, and fontina, stilton with mango and ginger (my very very favorite) and goat with a topping of some kind of cranberries for during football. Oh, how I love cheese.

Ah, cheese! I had my mother-in-law bring the bounty of the upper West Side cheese emporia as a toll for visiting her new grand-daughter, now that I am no longer pregnant and can indulge at will. She brought a Brie so stinky that people got up and moved away from her on the subway...It was delicious with ham on a sandwich. Also Blue, sharp cheddar, and Havarti.
