baby. it's what's for dinner.
i sent the sushi quilt out to trixie last week and it arrived just in time for dinner just in time to make the cutest baby maki you ever did see.
here's a full view of the finished quilt, and a close-up of the blocks.
when not posing cutely as sushi, trixie has adventures and looks adorable.

I think you've got the quilt thing down pretty pat...and the baby's cute, too.

It is simply an amazing quilt. Trixie stares at it when I wrap her up in it. Possibly because of the bright colors, but I believe she's thinking "Damn, I want some teeth so I can get into that shrimp ebi!"
Best. quilt. ever. Thank you, Julie.

Thank Goddess - just when I thought no one was naming their kid Trixie anymore!

I didn't think it could happen, but trixie is even better looking than the quilt.

I'm Trixies's nana and I insist on taking some genetic credit for her cuteness. Can't wait to see the quilt.
