110 fair street kingston ny
It's true - we've left our Brooklyn digs after 5 years to live in this 1850 house near Kingston's historic Stockade district!
In fact, it's in located in the Fair Street Historic district of Kingston,
known as the Hewitt Boice house, after it most illustrious owner, the "Bluestone King". Boice owned the house from 1885 until his death in 1917.
His widow owned it until 1953.
