Disclaimer I put this page up quite some time ago, and was going
to pull it down, but it still gets a lot of activity. I will try to update it in the near
future, but make no promises.

World Wide Web Sites
- Indiana Enviromental Law - This is one of the best sites for links to legal environmental documents.
- GNN Environmental Table of Contents -
This isn't my favorite site, but it does have some interesting links and wouldn't be bad starting place for someone new to the net.
- EcoNet
- ERIN The Environmental Resources Information Network - This server is maintained by the Australian Government. It contains links under the headings Air, Land & Water, Humans and the Environment, Life (biodiversity), Sea and the State of the Environment. It also has a search function. The Humans and Environment category includes Environmental Agreements and Legislation.
- Virtual Library: Earth Sciences - This Web page will connect you with earth science, geology, geophysical, geomagnetical, and just about every conceivable type of geo page imaginable. Many of the pages are University departments, others are governmental.
- Virtual Library: Energy This is a good site that tends to have some technical problems. Good luck getting through.
- Virtual Library: Environment - This is a great site. If you are looking at a topical area, you should check here to see if they have any useful links. It also includes links to the other
virtual library sites that relate to enviromental topics.
- Virtual Library: Forestry - This site includes Government Organizations, University
sites, NGOs, Working Groups and networks, Commercial organizations, journals, bibliographies, research papers, software relating to forestry, databases, libraries, conferences and meetings, and a list of forestry sources by location.
- Virtual Library: Law - About all I can say about this site is wow. It has links to legal resources of all types, and from around the world. Universities, Law Firms, Government Organizations, Insititutes. Look at this if you are doing legal research.

- Campus Earth Net
- Electronic Green Journal I really like this site. It is just what it says it is - a good scholarly journal that is published electronically. Check it out.
- EnviroWeb This is the Web site of Envirolink. It is a very nicely designed site with good enironmental resources, and an EnviroProducts directory which is an onoline source for environmentally friendly products.
- CEDAR Central European Environmental Data Request Facility
- Earth and Environmental Sciences Center (EESC) at the Pacific Northwest Laboratory This includes a list of Internet resources related to hydrology.
- International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) This is a very attractie web page from an organization that conducts scientific research on global change.
- Enviromental Canada's Green Lane All sorts of environmental and legal information put up by the Canadian govnerment.
- Worls Conservation Monitoring Center is organized and maintained by the World Wildlife Fund, UNEP and IUCN - a very impressive group.It contains a great deal of biodiversity information, and a nice search engine. This site also includes published and unpublished work, and some international legal information.

- News Site A good source for online newspapers and information.
- Green Parties Documents on North American Green parties available by FTP.
Usenet Groups
Organizations
- Greenpeace This site includes hot topics and information on various Greenpeace campaigns.
- Wilderness Society A good example of what an environmental organization can do on the Web. Lots of information about national parks.
- Communicopia This is an interesting site. A consulting firm that helps enviro groups with the net. You can also check out their hotlist which includes a lot of Canadian resources.
- The Sierra Club
- Friends of the Earth UKInformation on FoE campaigns, and internet resources.
