I love the Greenmarket. The Union Square Greenmarket in Manhattan has changed the eating habits of the United States. People around the country have read articles in Bon Appetit, Gourmet, and other food magazines about the innovat ive farmers of the Union Square Greenmarket. Purple potatoes, fiddlehead ferns and heirloom tomatoes are just a few of the innovations that farmers have introduced on the East Coast.
