Trout Lake Quadrathlon July 2, 2005:
It's All for the Fun of It!


Quadrathlon Instructions

Swim:
Feel free to use a wetsuit.

Bike:
Bikers will go 7 miles. Helmets are mandatory. Be ready to walk your bike through the cones at the end.

Paddling:
About 1 mile. Remember your personal flotation device. Be sure your number shows on the boat. Human-powered vessels with reasonable oar/paddle spans only, please.

Run:
2 miles. Remember to wear your number.

You will be instructed regarding transition at the pre-Quad meeting. BE CAREFUL and have fun!

Pick up your packet at the Marina between 8:00 and 8:30.

Adult race starts at 9:30 sharp, July 2, 2005. Kids follow adults.


We need Volunteers!

Please call or email if you know someone who can volunteer in any capacity. We need swim monitors (with boats), bike monitors, run monitors, traffic persons, water people, cooks, etc.
We will have a volunteer meeting Saturday morning July 2 at 8:00 AM at the transition area (Ashley's boat launch).
