what a shrimp

I'm trying something new for dinner. This recipe is my own, so measurements, if you want to call them that, are vague.

GRILLED CITRUS SHRIMP

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
juice of 1/2 lime from bottom of produce drawer
juice of 1 lemon, ditto
big blob of dijon mustard
medium blob of good honey
generous pour of orange infused olive oil from Williams Sonoma that I never could figure out what to do with
salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
small handful of chopped cilantro

marinade until later, grill until cooked.

I'm serving it with orzo mixed with parsley-lemon pesto and peas. Yum!
