counting blessings, my way

This is what it looks like to be mortified in front of an entire nation.

According to Sarah Ban Breathnach, we should find something to be grateful for in our lives each and every day. Today, I am grateful that I am not any of these women:

• Kathie Lee Gifford


• Hillary Clinton


• Jacqueline Kennedy


• Elizabeth Hurley


• Mrs. Wade "I have a wife and a Road Whore" Boggs, whatever her name is (was?)


• Mrs. Michael "Babysitter Fucker" Kennedy, whose name has also been lost to history


• Poor publically humiliated Vanessa Bryant, who has to hold a press conference to say of the dog she married, "Well, ok, Kobe fucked that hootchie bitch, but he's no rapist!"

I figure, if Andrew trades me in for a newer model, at least it won't be in the news and, today, for that I am grateful.
