What are these creatures? Half human and half bird, inhabiting the prison island tourist attraction in San Francisco Bay.
Tourists visiting the island are abducted by Robert Stroud, the infamous Birdman of Alcatraz. Stroud's scientific experiments lead to the appearance of this strange hybrid human/bird species.
