Frame Up With Big Dipper

This one is special because it glows in the dark.  When the lights are out, the clouds disappear and you can see the Big Dipper as well as other stars.  And the ocean glows also as if lit by the stars and the moon.   What looks like the wooden frame is trompe l'euil and the painting is actually flat.  Very interesting.
