Price Waterhouse Coopers

Introducing Simplicity to a complicated organization

Price Waterhouse Coopers is a large consulting firm with offices all over the world including countries I'd never even heard on. Isle of Man anyone? The goal of this project was to redesign the global home page which would set the tonefor updates to its country sites (which for the most part were indepentently operated).

Initially the home page held a great deal of information which made it difficult to understand what the most important service offerings were. Also the site was failing to demonstrate its mantra of "connected thinking" as it was difficult to understand the connections between industries served in different countries. For example a business person in Canada might be searching for lumber industry opportunities in Poland. How would he find the information neccesary to become a qualified lead and what would be the easiet way for that person to find the appropriate contact within PWC who could help him?

Working with the creative director we simplfied the home page a great deal to highlight the most important features of the site-services, industries and offices. We also left room for PWC's promotional messages.
