Water Boy overcame the dearth of an underwater environment by bringing his own. Dragged behind Martha, another art car, Water Boy spent most of the day breathing from those compressed air bottles you can see at the top of his rig.

The most disturbing vehicle was this large, mechanical cat. Unfortunately, a typical evening dust storm blocks out most of it. But you can just make out the rider straddling it as it walks on by.
